Juan Bolea Meroño is partner of the Tax Department of Garrigues in Murcia, where he has pursued his professional career following a period at KPMG Estudio Jurídico y Tributario, S.L. He specializes in Tax Law, providing tax advisory assistance to companies of various industrial sectors (distribution, automotive industry, agro-business, tourism, industrial, real estate, etc.). He has also participated in numerous M&A transactions and is a recognized expert in accounting law and tax procedures.

His areas of expertise include taxation of family business, patrimonial fiscal planning, taxation of the corporate restructuring transactions, purchases of companies, tax situation reviews and tax procedures and appeals.

He is lecturer on the Master in Regional and Local Treasury of the ENAE Business School of the University of Murcia.
