Josep Sempere is a principal associate in the Administrative Law and Planning and Zoning practices at Garrigues, the firm where he has pursued his professional career since 2005, first at the Valencia office and then the Alicante office.

He has over 10 years' experience as a public law specialist, advising governments and public sector entities as well as companies on such matters as public procurement, zoning, condemnation proceedings, public property, etc.

He also provides legal advice on appeals in the administrative and judicial review jurisdictions, having acted as legal counsel for governments and public entities as well as private companies.

He is a regular speaker in conferences, symposiums and talks organized by Chambers of Commerce and different business forums and associations in the Valencia Autonomous Community on public law-related matters (e.g. condemnation proceedings, late payments by the public authorities, concession agreements, zoning, etc.).
