Profile
José Miguel Aniés Escudé is a partner in the Labor and Employment Law practice of the Barcelona office.
He is an expert in handling lawsuits and court proceedings, both in the labor and judicial review jurisdictions, and has extensive experience in all types of individual and collective procedures, modification and suspension of working conditions, business successions and special employment relationships, such as those of senior management and professional athletes. He provides labor law advice to public and private companies from a range of industries, including the financial institutions, transport or the chemicals industries.
He has lectured on the Master's Degree in Labor Law Counseling at Centro Estudios Financieros in Barcelona since 2013 and at Universidad a Distancia de Madrid (UDIMA) since 2015, teaching subjects such as "Labor effects of restructuring and business succession" and "Employer liability for labor and social security breaches." He has also taught several training courses given by Foment Formació.
José Miguel Aniés Escudé is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
