José Ignacio Ripoll Sánchez is a principal associate in the Tax and accounting practice area.
He has a wealth of experience providing ongoing tax advisory services to national companies and multinational groups, with a special emphasis on consolidated tax groups in the electricity, real estate, telecommunications, shipping and industrial sectors.
He also regularly advises on acquisition transactions and processes for the restructuring of groups, in addition to participating in tax due diligence reviews and the analysis and implementation of investment and divestment structures.
Moreover, he frequently provides advice in relation to tax inspection and investigation proceedings and economic-administrative and judicial review procedures.
