His experience includes public and private securities offerings, PIPE transactions, joint ventures and partnership formations, acquisitions and divestitures, and special-committee and conflicts-committee matters. He also counsels public companies on SEC reporting, insider and ownership reporting, corporate governance, and compliance with NYSE, Nasdaq, and other securities-market requirements.In addition, Jordan advises high-net-worth individuals and family offices on governance, risk management, entity formation, portfolio investments, private equity and venture fund investments, strategic alliances, and other transactional matters.
