Joel's real estate litigation experience includes applications under the Partition of Property Act, challenges to certificates of pending litigation, and landlord-tenant disputes. His construction litigation experience includes advising on payment disputes, defective work claims, and builders lien matters. He has represented lenders, court-appointed receivers, and borrowers in insolvency proceedings.
