Jessica Bj rklund works in the firm's Transactions Department. Jessica specializes in capital markets and corporate law and has experience as advisor to Swedish and international clients in connection with capital market transactions, such as IPOs and raising of capital and regularly represents listed companies in, among other things, corporate governance issues and general corporate and contract law.
