Jessica Sander is a partner in the Litigation practice group at Greenspoon Marder LLP. Drawing on nearly two decades of experience, she focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and business-related litigation.
Ms. Sander has experience in all aspects of commercial litigation in both state and federal courts. She has successfully represented clients in complex commercial litigation matters, including partnership and LLC disputes, defense of class actions, real estate-based litigation, estate-related litigation, contract disputes, employment-related disputes, and fraud claims.
Ms. Sander has successfully handled probate and trust litigation, including disputes among family members and disputes involving challenges to estate planning documents.
Not only is Ms. Sander comfortable in the courtroom, but she is also an astute negotiator who has successfully mediated numerous complex matters, achieving settlements that delivered her clients clarity and justice without the burden of prolonged litigation, and bringing meaningful closure to cases that otherwise would have continued for years.
