Jennifer Sloop leads the firm's talent department, supporting the firm's strategic growth plans by ensuring Quarles has the talent needed to effectively deliver outstanding results for its clients and to foster its collaborative, collegial culture. Her team handles recruiting, onboarding and integration of all lawyers and business professionals, and learning and development and career-adaptive professional development.

Jennifer brings over 20 years of experience in recruiting and administration at large international law firms. At her previous firm, she led the nationwide lateral lawyer, law student and business professional recruitment programs. She built an emerging talent team to advance law student and entry-level lawyer attraction and retention. In prior roles, Jennifer gained broad experience in law firm management and administration and launched a legal professional development team.
