Jenna Mazzella is an associate in the firm’s Construction and Government Contracts practice groups.

Jenna has experience advising upon and operationalizing corporate compliance programs, including providing guidance in the areas of political law compliance, third-party screening and risks, data privacy, and cybersecurity, as well as participating in internal investigations.

Prior to joining Bradley, Jenna served as assistant counsel in the Ethics Law & Policy Branch of the U.S. Office of Government Ethics, where she conducted legal research, drafted legal advisories, and advised agencies on issues surrounding the Ethics in Government Act, the criminal conflict of interest laws, the Executive Branch Standards of Conduct, and other government ethics regulations. She also reviewed financial disclosure reports, advised on resolving conflicts of interest, and drafted ethics agreements for nominees to presidentially appointed, Senate-confirmed positions.

Jenna earned her J.D. from Duke University School of Law, where she was the notes editor on Law & Contemporary Problems and the senior research editor on the Duke Law & Technology Review. Following law school, she clerked for the Hon. Thomas Schroeder in the Middle District of North Carolina.
