Jenna routinely assists clients with issues related to privacy and data protection law compliance, U.S. federal and state regulatory enforcement actions, and cybersecurity incident response. She counsels clients on compliance with all U.S. federal and state privacy and data security laws, with a particular focus on the U.S. state comprehensive privacy laws, consumer health data privacy laws, minor's privacy laws, social media laws, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Jenna has assisted a number of clients with implementing enterprise-wide privacy compliance programs, and also has extensive experience assisting clients with privacy-related issues in product design, ad tech, and AI governance, as well as issues related to the collection, use, and disclosure of sensitive information (including health, children's, geolocation, and biometric data). She also assists clients in preparing privacy policies and consent language addressing a wide range of data collection and processing issues.
