Jeffrey Flax is an Executive Consultant at ENS in the Private Clients practice. He specialises in the formulation of wills, trust deeds and similarly, succession planning documentation, administration of estates, on-and offshore estate planning, exchange control, estate duty and related tax issues.

He has acted for many influential high net-worth clients and foreign beneficiaries in the private sector and their related trusts, as well as advising many chartered accountants on their own clients’ affairs. He is an experienced trustee, holding this position in relation to the family affairs of many influential clients of the firm.

Jeffrey’s experience includes supervising his department's administration of deceased estates and trusts, and related investment advice.

• Admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa
