Javaneh draws on her broad in-house and private practice experience to counsel clients on chemical and environmental regulatory and compliance matters. She assists clients with regulatory compliance, advocacy before federal agencies, transactional due diligence, and enforcement defense under a myriad of chemical, pesticide, and product focused laws, including the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), state per-and-polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) product reporting and restrictions, and California's Proposition 65. Javaneh assists clients in evaluating and bringing legal actions in federal court to challenge agency rulemakings.

Javaneh previously advised clients on chemical regulations in private practice and served as in-house counsel for the American Coatings Association, where she provided regulatory and government affairs services concerning environmental, occupational safety and health, product stewardship, and chemical policy.

Javaneh serves as the Co-Chair of the American Bar Association's Section on Environment, Energy and Resources (SEER) Pesticides and Chemicals Committee.
