Highly responsive and results-focused solutions
Jason Curry partners with clients to meet all their debt-related needs. He represents lenders and borrowers in documenting and closing complex commercial loan transactions, including commercial real estate, employee stock ownership plans (ESOP), ABL and C&I loans, under both single-bank and syndicated structures. Jason also has extensive experience in distressed debt solutions, including workouts and restructurings, bankruptcies, creditor's rights litigation and appeals. His unique capability in the full life cycle of a loan enables Jason to provide enhanced counsel to clients. He has extensive experience representing:
- Financial institutions and borrowers in documenting and closing complex commercial loan transactions, and providing third-party legal opinions.
- Institutional lenders and commercial debtors in implementing workout and restructuring solutions.
- Secured creditors and commercial debtors in navigating and achieving bankruptcy-related goals.
Jason is highly responsive to his clients' needs. His legal approaches are always aligned with a client's business purposes, and he focuses on delivering insightful, cost-effective solutions.
Jason is a former assistant United States attorney, where he represented the U.S. in a variety of defensive litigations, including medical malpractice, torts, bankruptcy, water law and Administrative Procedure Act appeals.
