Jason is a partner in the firm's real estate practice group. Jason represents real estate investors, developers, owners, borrowers, and lenders in complex commercial real estate transactions, with a particular focus on single- and multi-phase data center and digital infrastructure projects and hospitality assets across the United States. He provides practical, business-minded counsel throughout the full project lifecycle, from initial site selection and diligence through acquisition, development, construction, financing, leasing, asset management, long-term operations and disposition, serving as a strategic advisor across every facet of a transaction. His experience includes advising on sophisticated portfolio and project-level transactions involving fee acquisitions and dispositions, ground leases, joint ventures, secured lending matters, and development and operational arrangements. He also has substantial experience with hyperscale pre-development, vertical construction, and permanent financings, including refinancings of stabilized data center assets. His data center and digital infrastructure work often includes review and negotiation of hyperscale leases and power agreements, development management agreements, joint venture agreements, financing arrangements and coordination of related data center development matters.
