Professional Career
During her law studies at the Université de Sherbrooke, Janie volunteered as a tutor at the Centre d'entraide à l'étude en droit and took part in the Pro Bono Canada program with the Association coopérative d'économie familiale de l'Estrie. She was also a member of the Labour Law Committee and, in her final year of studies, had the opportunity to work as a research assistant in insurance law.
In the fall of 2024, she completed a study term in France at Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3.
