Profile
Representation and legal defence of companies, public authorities and employees; attendance at courts and tribunals (dismissals, collective layoff procedures, collective conflicts, senior managements, monetary claims, Social Security); and representation and attendance at units, services or mediation, arbitration and conciliation centres throughout Spain.
Legal attendance to inspections at the Labour and Social Security Inspectorate.
Negotiation and processing of collective layoff procedures, collective substantial modification of labour conditions, temporary suspension of employment contracts and reductions in working hours, opt-out of working conditions, business succession, subrogation pursuant to the collective labour agreement.
Advice in labour/employment and social security matters: contracts (ordinary, senior management, permanent or temporary); termination of contracts on the various grounds envisaged in legislation in force (disciplinary, objective individual and collective, due to the end of the agreed term or reason for the contract, at the employee's request); modification to working conditions; functional and geographic mobility; retirement; remuneration policies; post-contractual non-compete agreements/ retention agreement.
