Jacob Hanson is a partner in the Litigation and Banking & Financial Services practice groups who prosecutes and defends cases in Florida state and federal courts, as well as in domestic and international arbitrations. He has a diverse practice focusing on general and commercial litigation with a goal of advising his clients of their legal options while also considering the business ramification of those options to reach an efficient and reasonable resolution.

Jacob has defended private and governmental entities in Section 1983 and medical malpractice actions, as well as defended businesses from consumer protection lawsuits, class actions, noncompete actions, health insurance disputes, product liability actions, and other civil litigation. Jacob also regularly handles appeals for his clients throughout Florida district courts and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

Prior to joining Bradley, Jacob served as a law clerk to the Hon. James S. Moody, Jr., on the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
