J. Noland Franz is licensed to practice law in the states of Arizona, Colorado and Missouri. Mr. Franz, who has extensive experience in business and securities law, focuses his practice on estate planning, trust and probate administration, asset protection planning, business formation and business succession (exit) planning, business tax planning, private offerings of securities, and trust and estate litigation and appeals.
Mr. Franz is a former trial attorney for the Securities & Exchange Commission. He has in-depth experience in securities law and related matters, and served for a number of years as an arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and, prior to that, for the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD).
