Ivona Vuckovic is an independent Attorney at Law in cooperation with Karanovic & Partners and serves as the Head of Compliance. With extensive knowledge in advising domestic and international clients on the legal aspects of major infrastructure projects, foreign exchange transactions, international lending and credit transactions (including syndicated and bilateral loans and related security arrangements) as well as insurance matters, Ivona leads the compliance function, and supports our lawyers across all practice areas and assists with legal and compliance aspects of the practice.
