Ivan Boudreaux is an associate in the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group. As a corporate attorney, his practice is focused on serving diverse clients in a wide range of industries. Ivan represents clients throughout all phases of a business’ lifecycle, from initial entity formation to the final sale of assets or stock.

Ivan advises clients on a variety of contractual and other legal matters, including buyer and seller side M&A; corporate structure and governance; partnership and LLC agreements; service agreements, buy-sell agreements; commercial leasing; joint ventures; and outside general counsel services. He has successfully handled complex and high-stakes transactions, disputes, and compliance matters, delivering effective and efficient solutions that protect the business goals of his clients.
