Isabel Hering is a partner at Veirano Advogados and works in the areas of Intellectual Property, Privacy and Data Protection, advising on complex technology transactions in sectors driven by creativity and innovation, where confidentiality, brand integrity and information governance are central elements.

She leads the Fashion Law practice at Veirano, a multidisciplinary initiative dedicated to serving the entire fashion and luxury ecosystem. Her work combines deep know-how across the industry's supply chain with the strategic protection of intangible assets, brand management, and innovation, focusing on legal solutions for the sector's contemporary challenges.

Isabel also has relevant experience in the Life Sciences industry, advising companies in the sector on strategic contracts and consulting involving technologies applied to health and research, such as AI, connected medical devices (IoMT) and wearables, as well as digital solutions such as telemedicine, augmented reality and blockchain.

Isabel was Chair of the São Paulo chapter of the IAPP (International Association of Privacy Professionals) KnowledgeNet, reinforcing her active and recognized role in the data protection and privacy community.

Before joining Veirano Advogados, she worked at a boutique firm specializing in Intellectual Property and Life Sciences and, on secondment, at a multinational pharmaceutical company. Her professional background also includes experience in the entertainment sector, advising a non-profit organization on the organization of international classical music events.
