Profile

Isabel Enríquez Matas is a principal associate in the Administrative Law, Planning and Zoning, and Environmental practice areas.

She has over ten years' experience in advising the public and private sector on a range of administrative law-related matters. Of particular note is her experience in public procurement, gaming, judicial review and administrative proceedings (especially penalty proceedings) and consumption matters.

She is also experienced in conducting legal reviews in sectors subject to administrative oversight (e.g. transport and mines) and in preparing draft legislation at State and autonomous community level.

She has lectured at various institutions (Centro de Estudios Garrigues, IIR, ICADE) and is a regular speaker at conferences and seminars on public law organized by specialist centers and entities (Unidad Editorial, IFAES, ANEPE).

Isabel Enríquez Matas is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
