Isabel Batley advises on general corporate-related matters, including commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and corporate governance matters.

Isabel was a summer associate at Quarles, reviewing contracts in connection with M&A transactions, drafting corporate formation documents, and conducting legal research on a variety of tax and finance matters.
