Profile
Iokin Más López is a partner in the Tax practice.
His practice focuses on providing ongoing and comprehensive tax, legal and accounting advice to companies (both domestic and international), including listed companies, state-owned entities and nonprofit entities, in all areas of tax law from the regional (Basque Country and Navarra) and the central government standpoints.
He has extensive experience in reorganization and acquisition processes, tax due diligence reviews, internationalization, transfer pricing, tax consolidation, inspection proceedings and administrative and judicial review proceedings.
He has been a speaker in conferences on tax matters organized by various business associations, and has taught several in-house courses at the firm as well as at entities and universities.
Iokin Más is a member of the Guipuzcoa Bar Association.
