Inocencio Galindo is a Partner at Morgan & Morgan and leads the Mining & Natural Resources, Project Development & Public Procurement, and Corporate Investigations & Compliance practice areas. He also heads the Property Rights Department and is highly recognized for his expertise in Banking & Finance, Corporate & Commercial Law, and Mergers & Acquisitions.

With over 25 years of experience, he has played a key role in the development and financing of major infrastructure projects, including Panama Metro Lines 1, 2, and 3, the Metro Bus public transportation system, road projects (including toll roads), electricity generation, and water and sanitation projects. He also led the legal team negotiating a Renewed Concession Agreement with the Government of Panama for the Cobre Panam project, representing an investment exceeding US$10 billion, the largest private investment in Panama's history.

Inocencio has led legal teams in some of Panama's most significant mergers and acquisitions across sectors such as banking, insurance, mining, beverages, electricity, automotive, and cement. He has extensive experience in negotiation, mediation, and arbitration related to these projects.

He previously held prominent positions in the business community, including President of the Board of Directors of the Panama Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture (2017-2018), Secretary of the Board of the National Council of Private Enterprise (CONEP), and currently serves on the boards of companies in the banking, construction, and pharmaceutical and consumer goods sectors.
