Ilaria Laureti practices in the field of banking and finance law, assisting financial institutions, investment funds and industrial companies in both a domestic and transnational context. She has gained significant experience in complex financing transactions involving the acquisition of corporate shareholdings (also in the form of leveraged buyout merger or public tender offer) and the development of building complexes. She has also assisted in bond issuance, financial debt restructuring and structured finance transactions.

She was seconded to the structured finance department – ABS of the London headquarter of Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited and she collaborated in the capital markets department at the firm’s London Office.

She graduated in Law, with honours, from “Luigi Bocconi” University in Milan in 2003.

She is a member of the Italian Bar.

She speaks Italian and English.
