Ignacio Eloy Sánchez is a counsel in the Labor and Employment Law practice.

He advises companies and business groups in Asturias and Castilla y León on labor law matters.

He has broad experience in judicial and nonjudicial proceedings throughout Spain involving labor, social security and occupational risk prevention issues.

In the field of labor relations, he provides recurring advice on all manner of collective procedures, such as material modifications to working conditions, layoffs and terminations of individual employment relationships. He has also assisted in the negotiation of numerous collective bargaining agreements and company agreements.

He has given numerous seminars, lectures and courses on aspects of labor law, social security and occupational risk prevention.

He has authored various articles on labor and social security law matters.
