Huw is a partner in Carey Olsen's Jersey office specialising in employment law, data protection and regulatory issues.



Huw is one of Jersey's leading employment lawyers and has been advising on employment issues, data protection and information management for more than 20 years. He advises in both Jersey and Guernsey as part of the Carey Olsen Channel Islands Employment Team.



He primarily advises employers across a broad cross section of the private and public sectors, with a particular focus on the financial services industry.



He has been ranked in the Chambers and Partners and Legal 500 guides for employment law for a number of years and the employment team is consistently ranked in the top tier for employment.
