At LE A, he serves as a Consultant and Operations Manager: he spearheaded a GenIA program, migrated 100 of systems and documents to the cloud (Microsoft 365), implemented BI dashboards for partners and management, and strengthened cybersecurity. He has implemented IT outsourcing, reducing personnel costs by 40, and replaced the ERP/PMS systems, lowering operating and administrative costs by at least 35.
As a consultant, he has led IT audits at seven companies and designs three-year transformation plans. He holds a degree in Computer Engineering, has completed graduate-level studies in Industrial Engineering, and is certified in IESA's PAG program and ITIL v3.
