Henry Morris is an Attorney in the Firm's Salt Lake City office and a member of the Litigation Practice Group. His practice concentrates on commercial litigation and labor & employment law, with a particular emphasis on representing businesses in complex disputes. Mr. Morris regularly serves as corporate counsel, advising clients on a wide range of legal matters including breach of contract, shareholder and partnership conflicts, restrictive covenants, and employment-related claims. He brings a strategic, solutions-oriented approach to every matter, drawing on his deep understanding of business operations and risk management to help clients navigate high-stakes litigation and avoid future disputes.
