Harlan Greenman is a partner in the Real Estate group at Greenspoon Marder LLP. Mr. Greenman has practiced real estate law in New York for more than 40 years and has structured and facilitated a continuous remaking of the landscape of New York City and beyond. His many successes include representing the developer of the World Financial Center at Battery Park City and the owner of crucial land for the construction of infrastructure for the Second Avenue Subway line in Manhattan. As part of the creation of 6 ½ Ave., Mr. Greenman represented the developer of substantial convention exhibition space adjoining the New York Hilton, as part of a new 34-story office and retail complex. Mr. Greenman's projects have added tens of millions of square feet to the office, retail, hospitality and residential skyline and a new subway line. Widely recognized as a creative adviser, Mr. Greenman and his team handle every aspect of a project from conception to construction, including financing and the subsequent leasing of the finished development program. Mr. Greenman and his team's end-to-end approach allows the client to realize cost savings due to the increased efficiency of this team-driven model.
