Experienced guidance in data-driven deals and global privacy strategies

Hannah Ji-Otto advises on data privacy, cybersecurity and the use of technology, including artificial intelligence (AI). In addition to providing strategic counsel, she assists clients with establishing and maintaining effective privacy compliance and breach readiness programs. She also is experienced in managing technology transactions, including software licensing, development and data sharing, with a particular emphasis on emerging technologies and transactions that have cross-border implications. Additionally, she is experienced in preparing for and responding to data breaches, including network intrusions, ransomware attacks and email compromises.
