Hannah has a range of experience across a broad spectrum of property types, acting for landlords and tenants, corporate occupiers on portfolio management and investment acquisitions and disposals of real estate assets for funds. In addition, she is well versed in providing corporate support in company and business acquisitions, equity injections/ withdrawals and sales. 

Hannah qualified as a solicitor in March 2020 and joined Shoosmiths in 2021 from an inhouse role at a global company where she dealt with a variety of legal, regulatory, and operational issues. Hannah graduated from the University of Exeter in 2016 having achieved a 2:1 in LLB Law.

Recent examples of Hannah's practice include:

• Acting for a national telecommunications retailer in relation to its general portfolio management;
• Supporting a number of lenders in their UK Property Finance work across lending and loanbook management
• Supporting a number of companies in the property aspects of corporate mergers, acquisitions and equity injections/withdrawals and sales. 
• Acting for the tenant (a luxury fashion brand) taking a lease of its flagship store in central London.
