Mrs. Horowitz is an associate in FBC's Corporate Department. Her practice concentrates on infrastructure and energy, with a special expertise in large-scale construction projects such as railways, roads and airports, and energy projects such as solar, photovoltaic, conventional and cogeneration power plants.



Mrs. Horowitz has also been involved in litigation proceedings regarding infrastructure projects, as well as other commercial disputes.



Prior to joining FBC, Mrs. Horowitz served as the legal assistant to the Honorable Justice Dr. Yoram Danziger of the Israeli Supreme Court (2010-2012).
