Gregg is a Principal Associate in the Birmingham corporate team, advising and assisting on all aspects of corporate law but with particular focus on growth and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures.
Gregg works with a variety of clients including private companies (from start ups to large multi national corporates), prominent institutional investors, founders and management teams.
