Geoffrey Muchiri is a Partner at ENS in Kenya.

Geoffrey specialises in commercial litigation before the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal and High Court and Arbitral Tribunals.

His experience includes advising and successfully representing clients in litigation in respect of following areas/sectors: banking, competition law, company law, construction , employment, energy, insolvency, insurance and reinsurance, judicial review medical negligence, oil and gas (upstream and downstream), procurement, real estate and shipping.

In addition, Geoffrey is also experienced in energy law, banking regulation and telecommunication and has advised and represented regulators in the banking and telecommunications sectors.

Geoffrey is a member of Law Society of Kenya and East Africa Law Society.
