Geoffrey specialises in intellectual property matters, as well as in commercial and financial litigation.
He has extensive experience in complex disputes concerning a broad range of issues, including: trademarks, designs and copyright; medical liability and life-science matters; commercial and contractual matters; corporate matters and shareholder disputes; sports law; construction disputes; liability and insurance; banking; distribution, agency, franchising and brokerage agreements.
Geoffrey has been involved in various arbitration proceedings (both as arbitrator and counsel) and is a third-party decider by the CEPANI (Belgian Centre for Arbitration) for domain name disputes.
Geoffrey has also gained a profound knowledge of the music industry by representing numerous clients in this sector.
Prior to joining ALTIUS, Geoffrey practised in the Brussels office of a US law firm where his main areas of practice encompassed: banking and financial services; insolvency law; and corporate and commercial litigation.
Geoffrey is a member of the LSE Alumni Association, the Young International Arbitration Group (YIAG), CEPANI40, and the Association Internationale pour la Protection de la Propri t intellectuelle (AIPPI).
