Garazi Barandika is a senior associate of the Corporate/Commercial Law practice at the Bilbao office.
She specializes in commercial law, including corporate law and contracts, M&A and employee welfare, particularly voluntary provident entities (EPSV).
She has extensive experience in due diligence reviews, acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate reorganization processes, board secretary services, reports and legal opinions on corporate matters, commercial contracts and providing recurring advice to voluntary provident entities.
