He has extensive experience in the provision of tax advisory services to companies and corporate groups, both national and international, specializing in consolidated tax groups in particular.

He regularly advises clients regarding acquisition transactions, restructuring processes or the divestment of companies - both Spanish and multinational - and undertakes tax due diligence reviews and engagements entailing the analysis and implementation of investment and divestment structures.

He also provides advice on a regular basis in relation to tax inspection and review procedures, as well as economic-administrative and judicial review proceedings.
