Francisco has over 15 years of professional experience in infrastructure and finance.

Francisco worked at Bancolombia, Colombia's leading financial group, on a wide range of matters including project finance, debt refinancing and structured lending.

Francisco is recognized for his participation in the most relevant financing transactions carried out in Colombia in the last few years, focusing his practice in 4G projects as well as for structuring project finance transactions in connection with other types of infrastructures including airports, telecommunication, oil and gas, agriculture and energy assets.
