Francisco Javier Rojas is partner of the Labor Law area in the office of Murcia, where he has developed his professional career for over 10 years after working in other offices. He is specialized in Labor Law, especially in business restructuring; collective layoff procedures, individual dismissals, mergers, spinoffs, outsourcing and subcontracting, labor union law, labor union elections, workplace labor union branches, central works committees and other representative forums; collective bargaining, senior management, occupational risk prevention, having taken part in important transactions along his professional career.
Lecturer on the "Master MBA Global Executive" at APD in Murcia and lecturer on the "Master MBA of the European Business School".
He belongs to the Murcia Bar Association.
