Profile
Faustino coordinates the Competition Law area of LE A. He has extensive experience in the evaluation of economic concentrations and in competition consultation and litigation.
He advises on the functioning of regulated sectors, government policies, issuance, analysis and application of general and sectorial rules that affect the economic activity of different industries, allowing him to participate in the planning and strategic decisions of clients. Faustino joined LE A as Senior Partner in 2019, after the merger with Imery Urdaneta, where he directed the areas of Competition and Public Law.
