Fanny Evans is a Partner in the Company Formation & Corporate Services and Private Wealth practice areas at Morgan & Morgan.
Throughout her almost 15 years of experience, she focuses on estate planning, asset protection and management, company formation and administration, and compliance.
In particular, she has developed deep knowledge of the corporate legislation that regulates companies in jurisdictions such as BVI, Belize, The Bahamas, among others. Her experience in this sector, has led her to be a reference participating as a speaker at conferences, and constantly collaborating with publications on regulatory standards that affect these Caribbean jurisdictions, including the law of economic substance, the law of accounting records and the law on annual tax return.
In 2025, she was elected to join the Board of Directors of BVI Finance, becoming the first Panamanian and Latin American professional to serve on this council.
She has also collaborated with Panamanian government authorities in explaining the need and benefits of implementing a Beneficiary Registration System and an Accounting Records Regime, initiatives of great impact on Panama s fiscal image at the international level.
