Profile
Eunice is a corporate and commercial lawyer with a focus on financial regulation, energy and natural resources, and tax advisory. Since her call to the Ghana Bar in 2024, she has advised a broad range of clients, from multinational corporations and global commodity traders to fintech startups, on complex regulatory and transactional matters.
Her work spans fintech licensing and compliance, tax advisory and dispute support, corporate structuring, and cross-border trade. She has advised on the application of the Payment Systems and Services Act, supported clients through tax controversies involving PAYE, withholding tax, and double taxation, and contributed to legal advisory work on Ghana's Free Zones regime and foreign exchange controls.
Eunice has also been involved in corporate liquidations and associated regulatory filings, and regularly supports clients with policy development, data protection compliance, and governance documentation. She has a strong interest in the energy sector and has contributed to advisory work on both upstream and downstream oil and gas operations.
