Ettiene is a Practice Lead at ENS in the intelligENS practice.

Ettiene specialises in technology-enabled legal solutions for complex, cross-border, high-risk matters, with particular expertise in forensic investigations, eDiscovery and data subject access requests (DSARs), digital forensics, business intelligence and integrity due diligence, data breach response, and compliance and regulatory reviews involving cross-border considerations.

Drawing on more than a decade of experience in forensic and digital forensic investigations, Ettiene works closely with legal and forensic investigation teams to design, implement and operate legally defensible legal-technology solutions, translating investigative, evidentiary and regulatory requirements into practical, scalable workflows across the lifecycle of a matter.

His professional experience spans multiple jurisdictions, including Europe, Kenya, South Africa, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, the United States, Zambia and Zimbabwe. He has advised clients across a broad range of industries, including Government and Public Sector, Technology, Health Care, Media and Telecommunications, Consumer Products and Retail, Energy and Resources, and Financial Services.
