Ethan Chenoweth is an associate in Bradley’s Litigation Practice Group. Ethan represents a diverse array of clients in complex commercial disputes and consumer litigation throughout state and federal courts. He has experience across the various lifecycles of a matter, including dispositive motion practice, and focuses on clean-cut, effective advocacy. He leverages his creative thinking with legal strategy to maximize value and zealously advocate on the client’s behalf.

Ethan devotes a significant amount of his practice to data privacy and cybersecurity litigation, including class action defense. This requires him to be well-versed in state and federal privacy laws, as well as consumer protection statutes. His practice also includes contract, real estate, and commercial landlord-tenant disputes.

Ethan received his J.D. from Washington University School of Law, where he was senior editor of the Washington Law Review.
