Estíbaliz Colina is a principal associate in the corporate and commercial law department at the Bilbao office.

She specializes in corporate/commercial law (including company law and national and international contracts), mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and data protection.

From 2005 until 2010 she worked for Deloitte&Touche, in the M&A department at the Madrid office. She has extensive expertise in due diligence processes, acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate reorganizations in domestic and international scale.

Currently, she provides ongoing legal advice to companies from diverse sectors on company law, contracts and data protection, and participates in reorganization operations and acquisition and investment processes. In recent years, she has taken part in Spanish companies' internationalization processes abroad.

She has collaborated as lecturer in conferences organized by the Firm at Association of Economists of Basque Country.

She is a member of the Bar Association of Madrid.

Degree in Law, majoring in economic Law in Universidad de Deusto. Master Degree in Legal Advice for businesses in Instituto de Empresa (2004/2005).
