Esther Andrés Martín is a senior associate in the Tax practice area at Garrigues' Valladolid office, where she has spent her entire professional career.

She has extensive experience in providing tax advice on an ongoing basis both to multinationals established in the region and to groups owned by family businesses in a variety of sectors. She has participated in operations for the restructuring of family businesses, operations for the acquisition of controlling interests in companies, processes for the restructuring of business activities, shareholders exits, etc.

On the other hand, she has amassed a wealth of experience representing taxpayers in numerous tax procedures.

She has been a lecturer on the Master's Degree in Legal and Tax Counseling course at Cámara de Comercio de Valladolid since 2010, teaching various subjects. She has also taught at Escuela de Práctica Jurídica, Colegio de Abogados de Valladolid. In 2017, she received the "Teaching Excellence" award granted by the Valladolid Chamber of Commerce Business School.
