Elmukashfi has vast experience in commercial litigation and is skilled at resolving disputes amicably and drafting relevant agreements. Prior to joining Afridi & Angell in 2025, Elmukashfi worked at a local firm in Dubai, where he gained experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial agreements.

Elmukashfi provides legal opinions to individuals and entities on issues such as liabilities, indemnities, contracts, and commercial proposals. He also prepares legal memos for clients in commercial, civil, land, and tax law matters for court submission. In court proceedings, he responds to opposing counsel's pleas, attends expert meetings, prepares evidence-backed memos and collaborates with experts.

Prior to his law practice, Elmukashfi was a teaching assistant at the Faculty of Law, University of Khartoum, where he led seminars and tutorials and supported students with learning difficulties.
